Add to our Primary In-Feed Conveyor and patented Bedder Shredder with a Discharge Conveyor that moves the material onto the custom-built, specialized shaker table which spreads out the material while conveying it to the air separation blower package.
The Customized Blower Package (not shown) has specialized fans that blow back all of the fabric and a minimal amount of steel. The Separation Conveyor, then pulls the rest of the steel pas the blower package and dropping clean steel into a hopper.
Primary In-feed Conveyor - Carries the Pocket Coils into the Bedder Shredder.
The Bedder Shredder - Properly shreds the Pocket Coils, removing the hooks to create a sought-after marketable steel and preparing the materials for separation.
Discharge Conveyor - Moves the material onto the custom built specialized shaker table which shakes and spreads out the material while conveying it to the air separation blower package.
