Welcome to Pocket Coil Recycling. In 2018 we were contracted by a large mattress manufacturer who needed help recycling their less-than-perfect products that came off the line.
We acquired their pocket coils by the truckload, and eventually the warehouse load, which meant we had to act fast to figure out how to turn this mounting problem into a recyclable masterclass.
Many have tried to create something similar, but to no avail. Our machine is currently being utilized by several facilities at high volumes. The life of our blades not only makes pocket coil recycling sustainable, it turns the waste stream into a revenue stream!
