This is where all the pieces come together, literally. The In-feed conveyor, Bedder Shredder, Discharge Conveyor, Customized Blower Package, and Separation Conveyor lead up to a Second In-feed conveyor and Shredder that further separate the two materials. The secondary Discharge conveyor feeds into a Custom-Built Dual Drum Magnet system that takes only metal, and the remaining material moves to its own bin.
Secondary In-feed Conveyor - Moves all of the fabric and the small amounts of steel into the secondary shredder.
Secondary Shredder - The remaining material is cut up into finer particles, liberating the Steel from the nonwoven pp textile.
Secondary Discharge Conveyor - Conveys the material into a custom-built dual drum magnet system, separating the non-woven pp from the steel.
